Maintenance of 1. power head driving device
The first oil change shall be carried out after the first working 100 hours in the early stage; the lubricating oil shall be changed every 1000 hours or 12 months (according to the earliest one); the tightness of all screws and bolts shall be checked at least once a month.
1. Check and add driving device lubricating oil:
a. Observe the oil level through the oil level sight hole 2 above the power head reducer to ensure that the oil level is between the upper red mark line and the lower red mark line.
B, if the oil level is lower than the lower red mark line, it is necessary to add lubricating oil (recommend the Great Wall L-CKD220 heavy-duty industrial gear oil) through the oil filler 1 until the oil level is between the upper red mark line and the lower red mark line.
2. If it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil of the power head drive unit, please follow the following steps:
a. Put the power head flat (the center of the reduction gearbox is parallel to the ground).
B, select the appropriate discharge valve 3 (there are three discharge valves on the circumference), and use the universal joint with the sleeve extended joint to loosen the discharge valve 3.
c. Discharge the oil into a suitable container.
d. Tighten the drain valve 3 after the waste oil is completely drained.
e. Place the power head vertically (the center of the reduction gearbox is perpendicular to the ground).
f. Select appropriate oil filler 1 (there are three oil filler on the circumference), remove the oil plug of oil filler 1, and add gear oil of specified brand to the power head driving device through oil filler 1.
g. Auxiliary personnel shall observe the oil level sight hole 2 at any time to ensure that the oil level is between the upper red mark line and the lower red mark line, and stop refueling.
h. Install oil plug of oil filler 1.
2. check and replace the gear oil of power head reduction box
1. Always check the height of lubricating oil in the gearbox through the transparent glass of the sight hole cover of the gearbox to ensure that the oil level shall not be lower than 2/3 of the vertical height of the sight hole glass. (The bearings in the gearbox are lubricated by oil rejection. If the oil level is too low, the bearings will be poorly lubricated, which will reduce the service life of the equipment.)
2. When replacing the gear oil, first turn the power head gear oil drain screw plug to the bottom position where it is convenient to operate and drain the oil.
3. Remove the drain screw plug and oil surface plug, and let the power head gear oil be discharged into an appropriate container. During the discharge process, the power head gear can be rotated slowly to facilitate oil discharge and pollutant discharge. However, attention should be paid to safety at this time. Relevant personnel should be far away from the scene when the gear is rotating.
4. Check the screw plug and seal to see if it is in good condition. If there is obvious wear or damage, replace with new accessories.
5. After the oil is discharged, install the screw plug.
6. Unscrew the screw plug of the oil filling port on the upper part of the power head reduction gearbox, and pay attention to protect the cleanliness of the oil filling port. Fill lubricating oil (recommend Great Wall L-CKD220 heavy-duty industrial gear oil) into the reduction gearbox through the oil filling port, and observe the oil level through the sight hole glass, and add it to the 2/3 higher than the glass height.
7. After the above steps are completed, tighten the filler plug (tightening torque M24 × 2-8.8:800-950N • m).
8. Start the engine and let the power head gear run a few times.
9. After shutdown, check whether the oil level is higher than the 2/3 of the glass height of the sight hole.
